This Cajon is completely digital, expanding sound options and allowing the player to practice almost silently. The shell of the MEINL Percussion Digital Cajon is made of birch and is equipped with four rubber trigger pads on the playing surface, which feature pre-programmed samples of MEINL instruments and other drums. From Cajons and Bongos to rock drums, cymbals, and tambourines, the MEINL Percussion Digital Cajon delivers a complete percussion set or drum kit experience. The robust rubber pads are placed in natural Cajon playing positions, creating a comfortable, standard Cajon feel. Each pad generates its own digital sample sound, allowing for creative rhythm design. The ten sound combinations can be selected hands-free using the included foot pedal or via the buttons on the top of the Cajon. The Digital Cajon is perfect for acoustic band performances or for providing a rhythmic foundation in plugged-in settings. Thanks to a stereo and a mono 6.3 mm jack, the Digital Cajon can be easily connected to amplifiers or PA sound systems. The volume can be adjusted directly on the Cajon using a control knob. With the 3.5 mm headphone jack, the Cajon can also be played quietly without disturbing others.
