Dr. Keller's extensive experience as both a pianist and a percussionist is obvious in these transcriptions. She has been able to adapt these piano preludes for 4-mallet vibraphone without sacrificing any of the original thematic or harmonic material, and has reproduced Debussy's instructions and articulations faithfully.
