How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2–4 working days to Austria and Germany, 4–8 working days to the rest of Europe.
What does shipping cost?
Austria € 5.95, Germany € 9.90, rest of Europe € 12.90 – per order, however many items.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes – just arrange it by phone or email and we will have your order ready.
Which payment methods are available?
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS bank transfer and PayPal. You pay directly in our shop, with no extra fees.
Which drumhead size do I need?
Head size equals the shell diameter in inches – measure from outer edge to outer edge. Not sure? Send us a photo or the measurements and we will help.
How do I withdraw from a purchase?
Use the “Withdraw from contract here” button at the bottom of every page – two clicks, no login. You can also email or write to us. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods.
